Overview
Since starting my career in January 2021, I’ve had the opportunity to work in four different roles. My first two positions were operational roles within the supply chain, where I led several automation projects.Following that period, I stepped into my first Business Analyst role, where I was responsible for customer and product master data. After contributing to several key projects, I transitioned to a Business Analyst role in the transportation department at Procter & Gamble, where I worked for nearly two years.Eventually, I decided to resign to start learning French from scratch and focus on relocating to Canada. After eight months of intensive study, I achieved an upper-intermediate French exam score and later made the move to Canada.
Projects 📊
Transportation Dashboard
Project 🚀
A unified dashboard was developed by consolidating various data sources from SAP, Transportation Management System (TMS), and other tools into a single, trackable system through Power BI and Excel. Objective 🎯
The goal was to bring together over 90% of transportation-related data—which had previously existed across multiple platforms and formats—under one centralized interface to support both daily operations and reporting needs.Outcome ✅
The dashboard significantly streamlined monthly reporting processes and data validation activities. It also enabled the creation of comprehensive datasets by combining historical data over extended periods. This facilitated more accurate action planning and identification of operational gaps. As a result, numerous high-impact cost-saving opportunities were uncovered.

SAP S/4 Hana
Project 🚀
As the single point of contact for the transportation workstream in the globally recognized S/4HANA transformation project, I was responsible for seven countries across Turkey, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. This initiative was considered the most significant technological transformation project of the last two decades. Objective 🎯
The primary goal was to transition to a faster, more practical, and advanced interface and system.Execution 🛠️
Throughout the process, hundreds of details were gathered and shared with relevant software development teams. These included comprehensive documentation of operational workflows from end to end: how each planner conducted planning activities, which SAP transactions and tools were used, their purposes, responsibilities, and potential backup plans.Outcome ✅
Following extensive planning and over a year of testing, the system successfully went live with zero major defects—marking the successful completion of one of the largest technological transformation projects to date.

Product Master Data Dashboard
Project 🚀
Preparation and distribution of a large-scale master data report, regularly shared with customers, containing over 50,000 rows, 30+ columns, and approximately 1.5 million data points in total. Objective 🎯
The manual preparation and sharing of this report used to take half a day each time. The goal was to significantly reduce the time spent by creating an automated system for report generation.Execution 🛠️
The data was pulled from SAP and several local tools. A standardized Excel template was developed to consolidate all required data, enabling automatic population of the relevant fields. Additionally, an alert system was implemented to identify missing or erroneous values before publishing, ensuring greater data accuracy.Outcome ✅
The report, which previously required 4–5 hours per week and was prone to errors, can now be completed in just 10 minutes through manual checks and macro execution. This led to an annual time saving of approximately 240 hours and a significant reduction in error rates.

Returns Process Automation
Project 🚀
Due to the wide range of products, the returns process was quite complex and required extensive manual control. A large-scale automation project was initiated in collaboration with software teams specifically for this area. Objective 🎯
To simplify and automate daily operations and monitoring related to returns.Execution 🛠️
It was planned to manage multiple dynamics—such as shipping, invoice tracking, physical return follow-ups, and SAP data monitoring—through a regularly updated Excel tracking file. All operational details were shared with the software teams, followed by necessary testing phases. The project lasted approximately five months, during which full-day meetings and coordination with the development teams were held for certain phases.Outcome ✅
Although there were a few minor gaps in the early stages, the project eventually resulted in a nearly seamless system that significantly reduced manual workload. As a result, the team size was optimized from four to two employees thanks to the efficiency gains.

Order Analysis & Reporting File
Project 🚀
In the order operations process, there are numerous critical data points and criteria that need to be monitored across SAP and other tools. To streamline this process, I independently initiated and developed this project based on my own idea. Objective 🎯
To provide planners with easier access to key operational details—especially those that are often overlooked or require pulling multiple reports and reviewing various tools—by consolidating critical SAP and tool-based data into a user-friendly format.Execution 🛠️
I began by conducting one-on-one meetings with each planner to understand their key pain points, critical client-specific requirements, and the manual tasks or reports they handled regularly. Based on these insights, I developed an automated Excel macro system that extracts the necessary data from SAP and other tools. I also built a Power BI dashboard for improved data visualization and user experience. The final system was configured to send the report automatically to all planners at specific times each day.Outcome ✅
According to feedback received from planners, the tool significantly simplified daily operations. Additionally, at the manager and director level, it provided an efficient way to access and share client-wide data instantly—eliminating hours of manual preparation. Over time, the report’s alert system also helped prevent potential shipment errors before they occurred.

Dynamic Pricing Sync
Project 🚀
Due to the rapidly and constantly fluctuating USD exchange rate in Türkiye, fuel prices are also highly volatile. These changes need to be updated in the system very quickly. As a result, thousands of pricing combinations emerge from dozens of transportation companies, routes, load types, and vehicle types. Objective 🎯
The goal was to automate a manual update process that normally took around 5 hours each time, significantly reducing the time spent on it.Execution 🛠️
First, I thoroughly analyzed how to make the new price list provided by the procurement team “speak the same language” as the report uploaded into the system, with the goal of automating the comparison and update process. Based on this analysis, I built a highly complex report using nested Excel functions and helper files that could accurately retrieve the correct price from the procurement report, regardless of the combination—across tens of thousands of rows. It took me approximately one week to build and test this tool. After development, I validated the output by running it on historical data and checking its accuracy.Outcome ✅
As a result, the entire process is now automated and takes only about 15 minutes (including manual visual checks). Especially during periods of high currency volatility, this solution saved up to 20–25 hours per week.
